Basic Information

Acceptance Criteria

A branch company of a foreign-invested company may apply for establishment when all of the following conditions are met:

1. The company shall have a name that complies with relevant provisions.

2. The company shall have fixed business premises.

3. The company shall have the corresponding management organization and persons in charge.

4. The company shall have a scope of business that complies with the relevant provisions.

5. If the establishment of the company must be reported for approval in accordance with laws, administrative regulations and decisions of the State Council, they must be approved by the relevant authority.

Application Materials

1. Application Form for Registration (Filing) of Branch Company

2. Certificate of the branch’s domicile (address);

3. The copy of ID certificate and employment information of the branch office's person in charge (please affix the copy on the application form and sign to confirm the appointment)

4. Copy of the company’s business license (with the official seal on it);

5. Copy of the document(s) of approval or permit(s) (for the branch which is subject to approval prior to registration as required by laws, administrative regulations, or the business scope is subject to approval prior to registration as required in relevant laws, administrative regulations and the decisions by the State Council).
