Acceptance Criteria

A branch office of a non-corporate foreign-invested company may apply for establishment when all of the following conditions are met:

1. The company shall have a name that complies with relevant provisions.

2. The company shall have fixed business premises and facilities.

3. The company shall have the corresponding management organization and persons in charge.

4. The company shall have funds and employees required for operations.

5. The company shall have a scope of business that complies with relevant provisions.

6. The company shall have a corresponding accounting system.

7. The branch office established by foreign-invested companies that engaged in business operations shall implement non-independent accounting.

Application Materials

1. Application Form for Registration (Filing) of Branch Company, Non-corporate Branch Office, and Business Entity

2. Proof of legal use of the domicile (business premises)

3. Resolutions or decisions made by the affiliate in conformity with the law

4. The copy of ID certificate of the branch office's person in charge (please affix the copy on the application form and sign to confirm the appointment)

5. The approval or filing document issued by the approving authority

6. The copy of business license of enterprise legal person
