2. It aims to showcase Lingnan culture.

Old Residential Community Micro-renewal Project:

1. The project improved public health facilities and emergency facilities. 

2. It aims to meet the leisure needs of residents.

Transportation Infrastructure Improvement Project

1. The project optimized the road networks. 

2. It aims to improve the infrastructure, public spaces, and facilities.

Comprehensive Environmental Improvement Project

1. The project aims to promote the ecological restoration of the water system.

2. It facilitated the coordinated construction of a sponge city.

3. It improved flood control and drainage systems.

4. It improved the management of waste sorting, greening, and public toilets.

Livelihood Guarantee Project

1. The project aims to improve education, medical care, and elderly care. 

2. It includes the construction of Guangzhou No. 4 Middle School, Guangdong Guangya High School, public facilities at the southern part of Xiwan Road, and the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University.
